摘　　要：目的对比分析腹股沟疝疾病患者采用传统及无张力疝修补术方式治疗的临床效果。方法抽取2015年3月—2017年3月间在如东县人民医院接受手术治疗的,临床确诊的腹股沟疝患者50例作为该次研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组25例,分别命名为对照组和治疗组。对照组和治疗分别采用常规疝修补术和疝环充填式无张力疝修补术方式进行治疗。比较腹股沟疝手术治疗效果、术后下床时间和住院天数、围手术期出现的并发症例数、术后第二天主诉疼痛程度VAS评分水平。结果治疗组研究对象腹股沟疝手术治疗总有效率为96.0%,高于对照组的72.0%,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后下床活动时间、术后住院治疗总时间均较对照组发生明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗组和对照组在围手术期分别有1例和7例出现并发症,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第二天主诉疼痛程度VAS评分水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝疾病患者采用疝环充填式疝修补术方式进行治疗,可以明显缩短术后恢复时间,减少相关并发症,减轻疼痛程度,使治疗效果得以提高。Objective This paper tries to compare the clinical effect of traditional and tension-free hernia repair in patients with inguinal hernia disease.Methods Fifty patients with inguinal hernia diagnosed by surgery from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method with 25 patients in each group,namely the control group and the treatment group.The control group and the treatment group were treated with conventional hernia repair and hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair method.The effect of surgical treatment of inguinal hernia,postoperative time and length of hospital stay,perioperative complications of the number of cases,the second day after surgery complained of the degree of pain VAS score level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.0%in the treatment group,higher than that in the control group of 72.0%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The postoperative leave time and the total postoperative hospitalization were shortened more than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the perioperative period,there was one case of complication and 7 cases of complications in the treatment group and the control group respectively,with significant difference(P<0.05);the level of VAS was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hernia ring filling hernia repair method in patients with inguinal hernia disease can significantly reduce the postoperative recovery time,reduce the related complications,and reduce the degree of pain,so that the treatment effect can be improved.
