探讨数字钼靶X线检查钙化灶对良恶性乳腺病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的对数字钼靶X线检查钙化灶对良恶性乳腺病变的诊断价值进行探讨。方法随机抽取该院2014年3月—2017年3月期间的103例乳腺病变患者,并调取其所有患者的乳腺钼靶X线影像资料,参照其乳腺影像报告以及数据系统(BI-RADS)的评估分类,进行患者良恶性病变钙化灶的形态、分布以及其他阳性征象的差异进行分析。结果通过相关的统计后发现,所有患者其在钙化灶形态方面,无定形或模糊的恶性率为17.65%(6/34)、粗糙不均质恶性率为40.00%(2/5)、斑点样恶性率为2.70%(1/37)、细小多形性恶性率为66.67%(10/15)、细线或细线分支状钙化的恶性率为91.67%(11/12)。在其分布方面,弥漫/散在的恶性率为0.00%(0/12)、区域性恶性率为10.00%(1/10)、簇状恶性率为30.00%(18/60)、段样钙化的恶性率为52.38%(11/21)。结论在评估患者的乳腺病变的恶性度时,乳腺钙化的形态、分布特点有明显推动作用,当患者伴有其他阳性征象时,其乳腺的恶性度明显提高。Objective To explore the diagnosis value of molybdenum target x-ray photography examination of calcify focus in malignant and benign breast lesions.Methods 103 cases of breast lesion patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were randomly selected and the molybdenum target x-ray imaging data of all patients were retrieved,and the differences in the shape,distribution and other positive signs of malignant and benign lesion calcify focuses were analyzed according to the breast imaging report and data system evaluation classification BI-RADS.Results The related statistics showed that the amorphous or indefinite malignant rate was 17.65%(6/34),the rough heterogeneity malignant rate was 40.00%(2/5),spot-like malignant rate was 2.70%(1/37),tiny polymorphism malignant rate was 66.67%(10/15),The malignancy rate of fine line or fine line branch calcification was 91.67%(11/12).diffusion/scattered malignant rate was 0.00%(0/12),region malignant rate was 10.00%(1/10),cluster malignant rate was 30.00%(18/60)and segment calcification malignant rate was 52.38%(11/21).Conclusion The morphology of breast calcification and distribution have an obvious promotion effect on evaluating the malignant degree of malignant lesions of patients,and the malignant degree of breast is obviously improved when the patients are with other positive signs.
