摘  要:目的分析心脏外科术后急性肾衰竭治疗方法及疗效。方法选2016年1月—2017年3月心脏术后急性肾衰竭36例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各18例。对照组:连续性血液滤过治疗,观察组:连续性血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗。观察疗效。结果观察组治疗后体温、心率、呼吸分别为(37.5±0.35)℃、(83.64±11.86)次/min、(21.52±4.24)次/min,显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后p H、HCO3、Scr、BUN、β2-MC均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论连续性血液滤过联合腹膜透析对于治疗心脏外科手术后急性肾衰竭较单用连续性血液滤过效果更为显著。Objective To analyze the treatment method and curative effect of acute renal failure after the surgery in the department of cardiac surgery.Methods 36 cases of patients with acute renal failure after the cardiac surgery from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 18 cases in each,the control group were treated with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration,while the observation group were treated with continuous veno-venous hemofiltration and peritoneal dialysis,and the curative effect was observed.Results After treatment,the body temperature,heart rate and respiration in the observation group were respectively(37.5±0.35)℃,(83.64±11.86)times/min,(21.52±4.24)times/min,which were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05),after treatment,the pH,HCO3,Scr,BUN,β2-MC(mg/L)in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration and peritoneal dialysis in treatment of cardiac surgery is more obvious than that of single Continuous veno-venous hemofiltration.
