摘 要:为了对核电厂空调通风系统中管路空气湿度参数进行测量和控制,本文介绍了一种以微处理器为核心的湿度测量系统设计方案。利用微控制器自带的定时器对脉冲宽度信号的频率值进行计算,由频率值计算出绝对湿度值。测量管路空气温度值,由温度值对相对湿度测量值进行补偿修正。试验结果表明本湿度测量系统具有较高的测量精度和稳定性,满足核电厂空调通风系统对湿度测量和控制的要求。In order to measure and control the pipeline air humidity in air conditioning and ventilation system of Nuclear Power Plant,a design scheme of humidity measurement system based on microprocessor is introduced in this paper.The frequency of pulse width modulation(PWM)signal is calculated by the Timer of Micro-Processor,Then the frequency is converted into absolute environmental humidity.and the air temperature of pipeline is calculated by.The relative humidity is compensated and corrected by temperature value.The test results show that the humidity measurement system has high measurement accuracy and stability,and meets the requirements of nuclear power plant air conditioning and ventilation system for humidity measurement and control.
