摘　　要：车刀的手动刃磨是机械加工实习中的一项重要内容。本文以典型的90°偏刀为例,介绍了车刀手动刃磨工艺与方法,并阐明了防止车刀刃磨裂纹产生的一些措施,对初学者具有一定的参考和指导意义。The manual grinding of the lathe tool is an important part of the mechanical processing practice.Taking the typical 90 degree offset cutter as an example,this paper introduces the technology and method of manual grindning of lathe tools,and expounds some measures for preventing the grinding cracks of lathe tools,which has certain reference and guidance significance for beginners.
