摘  要:海藻纤维是通过湿法纺丝技术制备的一种可降解的生物质纤维,其原料海藻酸钠是天然多糖,由β-D-甘露糖醛酸和α-L-古罗糖醛酸两部分通过糖苷键排列组合而成。本实验以海藻酸钠为纺丝原材料,将大青叶提取物按照一定的质量比添加到海藻酸钠纺丝原液中,经充分分散,静置消泡后,以氯化钙为凝固浴,运用湿法纺丝技术制备了具有良好抗菌性能的海藻酸钙纤维。利用扫描电镜对实验制得的海藻纤维样品进行了表征,并对抗菌海藻纤维进行了单纤维拉伸测试,在抗菌测试方面,运用抑菌晕法对海藻纤维的抗菌性能进行了测试。测试数据表明,本实验制备的抗菌海藻纤维不仅具备良好的抗菌性能,而且其力学性能也得到了一定程度的改良。Alignate fiber is a kind of degradable biomass fiber which is prepared by wet spinning technique,the raw material is a natural polysaccharides:alignate,which is combinedβ-D-mannuronic acid andα-L-guluronic acid two components through glycosidic linkages in an arranged sequence.In this study,the extract of folium isatidis was added to the sodium alginate spinning solution,after sufficient dispersion,standing defoaming,with calcium chloride as coagulation bath,The calcium alginate fiber with good antibacterial property was prepared by wet spinning technology.The alginate fiber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The monolayer tensile test was carried out on the antimicrobial alginate fiber.The antibacterial properties of the alginate fiber were tested by antibacterial corona method.Data showed that the antibacterial alginate fiber prepared in this experiment not only has good antibacterial properties,but also its mechanical properties have been improved to some extent.
