摘　　要：随着4G网络时代的迅速发展,电子通讯终端的使用频率远远高于电脑,尤其是手机上网比例保持了快速增长。人们利用移动智能终端和大量的碎片化时间进行自由学习,成为一种新的学习方式和生活习惯。在航海职业教育中需要学生查阅大量航海图书资料,但学校使用现有航海图书资料多为纸质版,且数量有限版本也不一。为方便教学的需要,本文旨在探究设计适合于在Android环境下用的航海图书资料查阅系统方案,以此为基础设计图上查阅系统,改变图书资料配备不齐的现状,使学生能够掌握航海图书资料的使用方法,提高航海教育教学质量。As the rapid development of the 4G network era,the usage frequency of electronic communication terminals is far higher than computers,especially the proportion of use mobile phone access Internet has maintained rapid growth.It has become a new way of learning and living habits that People use mobile intelligent terminals and large amount of fragmented time to learn freely.In the navigation profession education,students are required to consult a large number of nautical publications,but the nautical publications in school mostly in paper version,the number limited and edition is also different.For the convenience of teaching need,the paper is to explore design suitable for the Android environment with nautical publications and materials refer to system solutions,inquiry system based on design,change the present situation of the nautical publications with irregular,enable students to master the using method of nautical Nautical publications,improve the quality of maritime education and teaching.
