摘  要:目的评价长效β_2-受体激动剂(LABA)联合长效抗胆碱能药物(LAMA)治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效以及对肺功能的影响。方法选入2014年6月至2017年6月我院收治的COPD患者134例,按照入院单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组67例,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用LABA+LAMA治疗。比较两组的治疗效果及肺功能情况。结果治疗后,两组各项症状评分、肺功能指标(FEV_1、FEV_1/FVC和PEF)和血气分析(SaO_2、PaCO_2和Pa O_2)均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),而观察组改善幅度更大,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论 LABA+LAMA可有效改善COPD患者的临床症状、肺功能及动脉血气,且安全性良好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of long-actingβ2-receptor agonist(LABA)combined with long-acting anticholinergic drugs(LAMA)for COPD and its influence on pulmonary function.Methods One hundred and thirty-four patients with COPD in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to even and odd number of admission,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with LABA+LAMA on this basis.The treatment effects and pulmonary function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the symptom scores,pulmonary function indexes(FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF)and arterial blood gas analysis(SaO2,PaCO2 and PaO2)of the two groups significantly improved(P<0.05),while the improvement rates of the observation group were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion LABA+LAMA can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and arterial blood gas in patients with COPD,and the safety is good.
