后路椎弓根内固定联合椎体成形术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察后路椎弓根内固定联合椎体成形术治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折的疗效。方法选择2015年5月至2017年4月我院骨科手术治疗的80例胸椎段脊柱骨折患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组患者单纯实施后路椎弓根内固定治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上联合使用椎体成形术,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者椎管狭窄率、椎体前缘压缩率及Cobb's角均优于对照组,且术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸腰段脊柱骨折患者接受后路椎弓根内固定联合椎体成形术治疗效果较好,患者术后椎管狭窄率、椎体前缘压缩率及Cobb's角水平均明显改善,且术后并发症发生少,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinical effects of posterior pedicle internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral spinal fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients of thoracic vertebral fracture treated by surgical treatment in orthopedics department of our hospital from May 2015 to April 2017 were selected,and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with posterior pedicle fixation,and the observation group was combined with vertebroplasty on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the spinal stenosis rate,vertebral compression ratio and Cobb's angle in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Posterior pedicle internal fixation combined with vertebroplasty in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral spinal fracture has a good effect,which can improve postoperative spinal canal stenosis rate,vertebral compression ratio and Cobb's angle level,with fewer postoperative complications and high safety.
