创伤性踝关节炎患者进行踝关节融合治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤性踝关节炎的踝关节融合治疗方法,观察治疗效果,为临床实践提供参考与指导。方法选取68例创伤性踝关节炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组34例。研究组患者进行微创踝关节融合治疗,对照组患者进行开放踝关节融合治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果术后1年,两组患者的AOFAS踝-后足评分均明显高于治疗前,且研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的AOFAS踝-后足评分优良率为67.65%,显著高于对照组的52.94%(P<0.05)。结论相比于开放踝关节融合治疗,创伤性踝关节炎患者采取微创踝关节融合术治疗疗效更显著、理想,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To explore the ankle joint fusion treatment of traumatic ankle arthritis,to observe the therapeutic effect,and to provide reference and guidance for clinical practice.Methods Sixty-eight patients with traumatic ankle arthritis were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The study group was given minimally invasive ankle joint fusion,and the control group was treated with open ankle joint fusion.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results One year after operation,the AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of AOFAS ankle-hind foot scores of the study group was 67.65%,which was higher than 52.94%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the open ankle joint fusion,minimally invasive ankle joint fusion in patients with traumatic ankle arthritis has more significant and ideal clinical effects,which has promotion and practical application value in clinic.
