品管圈管理工具对提高儿童病房腕带佩戴率的价值

摘　　要：目的探究品管圈(QCC)管理工具在儿童病房腕带配戴率提高中的应用价值。方法选择本科室2015年5月至6月腕带佩戴情况(实施前)及2015年11月至12月腕带佩戴情况(实施后),各抽查110例,比较QCC管理工具实施前、后腕带佩戴情况及护理满意度及护理质量。结果实施后腕带佩戴的查对意识薄弱、PVC材料过敏、字迹不清、认为无查对必要发生率及总缺陷率均优于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后的护理满意度及护理质量均明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论借助QCC管理工具能够有效提升患儿佩戴腕带的依从性,提高佩戴率,在保障医疗安全、培养管理人员利用QCC解决临床事件能力方面具有积极意义。Objective To explore the value of QCC management tools in the increasing of wrist strap wear rate in children's wards.Methods The wrist strap wear from May to June 2015(before implementation)and wrist strap wear from November to December 2015(after implementation)in our department were selected and 110 cases were spot checked in each group.The wrist band wear rate and nursing satisfaction and nursing quality before and after the implementation of QCC management tools were compared.Results The weak check awareness,PVC material allergies,not clear writing,no necessary investigation consciousness and the total defect rate of wrist strap wear after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality after implementation were significantly higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC management tools can effectively improve the compliance of children wrist strap wear and improve the wear rate,and has positive meaning in ensuring medical safety and ability of managers in solving clinical problems taking QCC.
