血小板变化度与脓毒症严重程度的关系

摘　　要：目的研究血小板变化度与脓毒症严重程度的关系。方法回顾性分析2016年6月至2017年7月住院的75例脓毒症患者,其中30例纳入严重脓毒症组,其余45例纳入脓毒症组。比较2组患者血小板变化度、急性生理与慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)和28d病死率,分析血小板变化度与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性。结果严重脓毒症组血小板变化度明显低于脓毒症组(P<0.05),APACHEⅡ评分和病死率明显高于脓毒症组(P<0.05)。血小板变化度与APACHEⅡ评分呈负相关(r=-0.941,P<0.05)。结论血小板变化度与脓毒症患者严重程度密切相关,可作为脓毒症患者严重程度及预后的评价指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the variability in platelet count and the severity of sepsis.Methods Clinical data of 75 sepsis patients hospitalized from Jun 2016 to Jul 2017 were analyzed respectively.These patients were divided into two groups:sepsis group(n=45)and severe sepsis group(n=30).The variability in platelet count,APACHEⅡscore and 28-day mortality were compared between the two groups.In addition,the relationship between the variability in platelet count and APACHEⅡscore was analyzed.Results Compared with sepsis group,the variability in platelet count decreased but APACHEⅡscore and mortality increased in severe sepsis group(P<0.05).The variability in platelet count was negatively associated with APACHE II score(r=-0.941,P<0.05).Conclusion The variability in platelet count can be used as an index for evaluating the severity and prognosis of sepsis.
