摘　　要：目的评价喜炎平注射液在治疗儿童支气管肺炎中的应用效果。方法将198例支气管肺炎患儿按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组99例。2组患儿均给予抗生素治疗,并接受相同的基础治疗;观察组在此治疗基础上给予喜炎平注射液静脉滴注;2组均连续治疗7d。比较2组治疗后的退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音吸收时间及治疗前后血清学指标(IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α)的变化情况。结果观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间及啰音吸收时间均较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),其中观察组IL-6、IL-8水平改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应。结论喜炎平注射液治疗儿童支气管肺炎效果可靠,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the Xiyanping injection on bronchopneumonia in children.Methods A total of 198 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 99 children in each group.Both groups were treated with antibiotic injection and other basic treatments.In addition,the observation group was given intravenous drip infusion of Xiyanping injection.After 7 days of treatment,the fever subsidence time,cough disappearance time and rale disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Furthermore,serum levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere measured before and after treatment.Results The fever subsidence time,cough disappearance time and rale disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αwere significantly improved after treatment in both groups,and the improvement in IL-6 and IL-8 in observation group was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients.Conclusion Xiyanping injection is reliable and safe for treating bronchopneumonia in children.
