摘　　要：目的分析经外周插管中心静脉导管(PICC)患者自我管理能力的影响因素,为提高PICC患者留置期间自我管理能力及干预措施的制定提供依据。方法采用目的抽样方法,选取120例PICC患者为研究对象。填写调查问卷,包括患者文化程度、年龄及性别,PICC留置原因、留置时间。采用自我管理能力量表(CPPSM)评估患者对PICC导管的自我管理能力。结果120例PICC患者自我管理能力得分为(152.34±12.63)分,大部分(75%)PICC患者自我管理能力处于较好水平。影响自我管理能力主要因素为年龄和文化程度(P<0.01)。结论 PICC患者自我管理能力与年龄和文化程度有关,年龄较大和文化程度较高的患者对于导管维护的依从性、异常情况处理、带管运动及带管日常生活的自我管理水平较好,但对于并发症的识别较欠缺。Objective To analyze the factors influencing self-management ability in patients with peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC),and to provide theoretical basis for improving the self-management ability during the indwelling period and formulating the intervention measures.Methods A total of 120 patients with PICC were selected using the purposive sampling.The content of questionnaire included education level,age,gender,reason for PICC placement,and indwelling time.The self-management ability was evaluated by CPPSM scale.Results mong the 120 patients with PICC,the average self-management ability score was 152.34±12.63,and most of them(75%)had a better self-management ability.The main factors influencing self-management ability were age and education level(P<0.01).Conclusion The self-management ability is closely related to the age and education level in patients with PICC.The older or highly educated patients had better self-management ability in catheter maintenance compliance,exception handling,exercise with catheter and daily living with catheter,but lack the recognition for complications.
