摘　　要：目的探究血管内皮细胞生长因子-1(VEGFR-1)、血管内皮细胞生长因子-2(VEGFR-2)和肝细胞生长因子(HGF)表达情况与乙肝发病相关性分析及作用机制。方法回顾性分析我院在2016年8月至2017年1月期间收治的、符合纳入标准的慢性乙肝(CHB)患者80例,另同期选取健康体检者22例。分析所有患者VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2和HGF表达情况。结果五组VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2及HGF水平差异均具有统计学意义(F=7.50、6.75、27.84,P<0.01);高病毒载量组的VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2及HGF水平均高于低病毒载量组,差异具有统计学意义(t=11.14、10.98、2.72,P<0.01);经Spearman等级相关检验分析发现,VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2及HGF与ALT、AST及Tbil均呈正相关关系(r=0.29、0.52、0.37、0.48、0.59、0.70、0.53、0.55、0.33,P<0.05);VEGFR-1与VEGFR-2及HGF呈正相关关系(r=0.53、0.68,P<0.05);VEGFR-2与HGF呈正相关关系(r=0.47,P<0.01)。结论 VEGFR-1、VEGFR-2和HGF与乙肝发病密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation analysis of VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF expression and pathogenesis of hepatitis B and its mechanism.Methods 80 cases in our hospital from August 2016 to January 2017 were randomly selected into the clinical data,and 22 healthy objects were selected as control group.The expression of VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF in all patients was analyzed.Results The differences of the levels of VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF in the five groups were statistically significant(F=7.50,6.75,27.84,P<0.01).The levels of VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF in the high viral load group were higher than those in the low viral load group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.14,10.98,2.72,P<0.01).The Spearman rank correlation test analysis showed that VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF and ALT,AST and Tbil were positively correlated(r=0.29,0.52,0.37,0.48,0.59,0.70,0.53,0.55,0.33,P<0.05).VEGFR-1 was positively correlated with VEGFR-2 and HGF(r=0.53,0.68,P<0.05).VEGFR-2 was positively correlated with HGF(r=0.47,P<0.01).Conclusion VEGFR-1,VEGFR-2 and HGF are closely related to the incidence of hepatitis B.
