格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病疗效及其低血糖发生率的相关研究

摘　　要：目的探究格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗72例2型糖尿病患者的疗效及其低血糖发生率的相关情况。方法该次选取2015年1月—2017年10月收治的2型糖尿病患者72例作为研究对象,分为观察组,对照组。结果观察组2型糖尿病患者的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白低于对照组数据(P<0.05)。观察组2型糖尿病患者的低血糖发生率与对照组数据相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论格列美脲联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病具有较高的临床价值。Objective To study the curative effect of glimepiride combined with insulin glargine in treatment of type 2 diabetes and correlation with the incidence rate of hypoglycemia.Methods 72 cases of type 2 diabetes from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups,including the observation group and the control group.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference in the incidence rate of hypoglycemia between the two groups were not obvious(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical value of glimepiride combined with insulin glargine in treatment of type 2 diabetes is higher.
