依帕司他辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病的肾功能及氧化应激反应分析

摘　　要：目的研究依帕司他辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病对患者肾功能与氧化应激反应的影响。方法选择该院2014年10月—2016年10月所收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者74例作为该次研究病例,按照计算机表法分组,分为研究组和对照组,各37例,对照组行常规治疗,研究组加依帕司他辅助治疗,对比分析两组患者的肾功能指标与血清氧化应激指标含量。结果治疗8周后,研究组血清中的各项肾功能指标含量明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组血清中ROS、LHP与AOPPs的含量明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他辅助治疗早期糖尿病肾病患者的效果显著,具有改善患者肾功能,降低全身氧化应激反应的作用,值得应用。Objective To research the effect of epalrestat in adjunctive therapy of early diabetic nephropathy on the renal function and oxidative stress reaction.Methods 74 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 37 cases in each,the control group used the routine therapy,while the research group used the epalrestat for adjunctive therapy,and the renal function indicators and serum oxidative stress reaction were compared and analyzed.Results After eight-week treatment,the various renal function indicators in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05,),and the contents of ROS,LHP,AOPPs in serum were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05,).Conclusion The effect of epalrestat in adjunctive therapy of early diabetic nephropathy patients is obvious,which can improve the renal function and reduce the general oxidative stress reaction,and it is worth application.
