舒适护理在糖尿病小儿急性哮喘急诊护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在糖尿病小儿急性哮喘急诊中的护理效果。方法选取该院2015年9月—2017年9月收治的糖尿病合并急性哮喘患儿18例,随机分为2组各9例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,比较护理效果。结果观察组总有效率为88.9%,明显优于对照组66.7%(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长满意度为100.0%,明显优于对照组77.8%(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并急性哮喘患儿进行舒适护理,可有效缓解临床症状,促进病情康复,提高患儿家长满意度。Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of comfortable nursing in the emergency nursing of acute asthma in children with diabetes.Methods 18 children with diabetes combined with acute asthma were selected from September 2015 to September 2017 in this department,and were randomly divided into two groups with 9 cases in each group,the control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comfortable nursing care on the basis of the control group,the effect of nursing of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.9%.It was obviously better than the control group of 66.7%(P<0.05);The parents’satisfaction of the children in the observation group was 100.0%,it was obviously better than the control group of 77.8%(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort care for children with diabetes and acute asthma can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of the disease,and improve the parents’satisfaction.
