精神分裂症与躁狂症伴发糖尿病的临床观察和护理探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症与躁狂症伴发糖尿病的临床护理方法与效果。方法选择2012年7月—2017年6月期间在该院住院治疗的精神分裂症与躁狂症伴发糖尿病82例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组常规实施精神分裂症、躁狂症及糖尿病临床护理,观察组采用综合化专项护理,观察两组血糖指标和精神病症状改善情况。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖(4.69±0.86)mmol/L、PANSS评分(106.35±12.03)分均显著低于对照组(5.48±1.39)mmol/L、(131.26±21.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症和躁狂症伴发糖尿病给予综合化护理措施,有助于提高血糖和精神病症状控制效果,临床应用效果良好。Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical nursing methods and effects of schizophrenia and mania associated with diabetes.Methods 82 cases of schizophrenia and mania with diabetes mellitus hospitalized in this hospital from July 2012 to June 2017 were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was routinely treated with schizophrenia,mania and diabetes clinical nursing.The observation group was treated with comprehensive special care and observed the improvement of blood glucose and psychotic symptoms in both groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(4.69±0.86)mmol/L and the PANSS score(106.35±12.03)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(5.48±1.39)mmol/L,(131.26±21.58)points,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Schizophrenia and mania with diabetes to provide comprehensive care measures,help to improve the control of blood glucose and psychiatric symptoms,with good results of clinical application.
