饮食干预法治疗老年2型糖尿病合并痛风效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究饮食干预法治疗老年2型糖尿病合并痛风的临床疗效。方法选取该院2015年11月—2017年5月收治的100例老年2型糖尿病合并痛风患者,将他们随机分为两组,观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。其中对照组在饮食上采用常规饮食方式,观察组在对照组的基础上进行饮食干预法治疗,对比分析两组患者的满意度和临床疗效。结果观察组患者的总满意率为94%,对照组患者的总满意率为66%(P<0.05),观察组患者的满意率相比对照组要高。观察组患者治疗总有效率为96%,显效率、有效率、无效率分别为76%、20%以及4%,对照组患者的总有效率为68%,显效率、有效率和无效率分别为28%,40%以及32%,由此可见,相对于临床治疗效果观察组也明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论明显看出饮食干预法对治疗老年2型糖尿病合并痛风有着明显的临床治疗效果,能够减少患者的不良反应发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To research the effect of dieting intervention in treatment of senile patients with type 2 diabetes and arthrolithiasis.Methods 100 cases of patients with type diabetes and arthrolithiasis admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,the control group used the routine dieting way,while the observation group used the dieting intervention on the basis of the control group,and the satisfactory degree and clinical curative effect were compared and analyzed.Results The total satisfactory degree in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 94%and 66%(P<0.05),and the satisfactory rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total treatment effective rate,markedly effective rate,effective rate and ineffective rate in the observation group and in the control group were respectively 96%,76%,20%,4%and 68%,28%,40%,32%,therefore,the clinical treatment effect in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of dieting intervention method in senile patients with type 2 diabetes and arthrolithiasis is obvious,which can reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions and improve the satisfactory degree,which is worth further promotion and application.
