锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法选取该院2014年1月—2017年7月收治的70例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者,将其按随机数字法分为对照组和研究组各35例,对照组采用传统钢板治疗,研究组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,观察并比较两组患者的手术效果和治疗有效率。结果对比两组患者的平均住院时间、负重时间、骨折愈合时间,研究组患者分别为(7.56±2.38)、(105.28±29.36)、(91.32±21.25)d,对照组患者分别为(13.16±3.49)、(121.39±30.15)、(107.73±23.98)d,研究组患者的手术效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率88.6%,对照组治疗有效率65.7%,研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组治,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对复杂胫骨平台骨折患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗能够有效的提高手术效果,减轻患者痛苦程度,缩短愈合时间,临床效果更佳,值得推广和应用。Objective To research the curative effect of locking plate internal fixation in treatment of complicated tibial plateau fractures.Methods 70 cases of patients with complicated tibial plateau fractures admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each,the control group were treated with the traditional plate,while the research group were treated with locking plate internal fixation,and the operation effect and treatment effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results The average length of stay,loading time,fracture healing time in the research group and in the control group were respectively(7.56±2.38)d,(105.28±29.36)d,(91.32±21.25)d and(13.16±3.49)d,(121.39±30.15)d,(107.73±23.98)d,and the operation effect in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signicant(P<0.05),and the treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group,(88.6%vs 65.7%),the difference was statistically signicant(P<0.05).Conclusion The locking plate internal fixation can effectively improve the operation effect,relieve the pains degree and shorten the healing time with better clinical effect,which is worth promotion and application.
