标准化汇报模板在消化道出血患者观察病情中的应用效果及对预后的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨标准化汇报模板在消化道出血患者病情观察中的应用效果及对预后的影响。方法选择2016年1月—2017年10月科室收治的上消化道出血患者60例,随机数字法分为对照组30例和观察组30例。对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组采用标准化汇报模板护理,记录2组止血时间、住院时间及处理病情变化时间、并发症发生率、再次出血率;采用自拟问卷调查表对2组护理满意度进行评估,比较2组护理效果及对预后的影响。结果观察组标准化汇报模板实施后止血时间(2.15±0.59)d、住院时间(12.41±1.12)d及处理病情变化时间(8.93±2.09)min,均短于对照组(t=15.893,18.242,16.749,P<0.05);观察组护理后并发症发生率为3.33%、再次出血率为0.00%,均低于对照组(χ~2=5.892、5.712,P<0.05);观察组护理后满意率为96.67%,高于对照组83.33%(χ~2=83.33,P<0.05)。结论将标准化汇报模板用于消化道出血患者中有助于缩短止血、住院时间,提高护理满意度,改善患者预后,值得推广应用。Objective To study the application effect of standardized reporting template in the disease observation of patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract.Methods 60 cases of patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract admitted and treated in our hospital from January,2016 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group used the routine method for nursing,the observation group used the standardized reporting template,and the hemostasis time,length of stay and changes of disease treatment,incidence rate of complications and second hemorrhage rate of the two groups were recorded,and the nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups was evaluated by the self-made questionnaire,and the nursing effect and effect on the prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The hemostasis time,length of stay and changes of disease treatment in the observation group after the implementation of template were respectively(2.15±0.59)d,(12.41±1.12)d and(8.93±2.09)min,which were shorter than those in the control group(t=15.893,18.242,16.749,P<0.05);and the incidence rate of complications after nursing and rebleeding rate in the observation group were respectively 3.33%and 0.00%,which were lower than those in the control group(χ2=5.892,5.712,P<0.05),and the satisfactory rate in the observation group after nursing was higher than that in the control group(96.67%vs 83.33%)(χ2=83.33,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized reporting template in the patients with hemorrhage of digestive tract can contribute to shortening the hemostasis time and length of stay and improving the nursing satisfactory degree and prognosis of patients,which is worth promotion and application.
