采用椎间孔镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的总结椎间孔镜下行椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的护理体会。方法回顾分析2016年1月—2017年10月该科行椎间孔镜下椎间盘切除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者(186例)的护理资料,比较护理前、后的手术效果优良率、VAS评分。结果所有病例(186例)均能进行随访,行椎间孔镜椎间盘切除术后效果评估,优101例,良68例,可12例,差5例,优良率达到了90.8%;术前患者的VAS评分为(8.01±1.21)分,术后7 d VAS评分为(2.93±1.09)分,术后随访1个月VAS评分为(2.21±0.98)分,术前与术后7 d VAS评分差异有统计学意义(t=34.595,P=0.001<0.05),术后7 d与术后1个月VAS评分亦差异有统计学意义(t=5.448,P=0.001<0.05),说明对椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症的患者进行充分护理,能显著改善患者术后疼痛,提高手术效果。结论椎间孔镜术前、术中、术后充分护理是手术成功的充分保证。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of foraminal Endoscopic Discectomy in treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Methods 186 cases of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc treated with foraminal endoscopic discectomy in our department from January 2016 to October 2017 were selected,and the excellent and good rate and VAS score before and after nursing were compared.Results All cases(186 cases)were followed up,and were treated with diskectomy,the evaluation showed that there were 101 excellent cases,68 good cases,12 fair cases and 5 bad cases,and the excellent and good rate reached 90.8%,and the VAS scores of the patients before surgery,in 7d after surgery,1-month after surgery were respectively(8.01±1.21)points,(2.93±1.09)points,(2.21±0.98)points,and the difference in the VAS score before surgery and in 7 d after surgery was statistically significant(t=34.595,P=0.001<0.05),and the difference in the VAS score in 7 d after surgery and 1 month after surgery was statistically significant(t=5.448,P=0.001<0.05),which showed that the full nursing could improve the postoperative pains and improve the operation effect.Conclusion The full nursing before,in and after intervertebral foraminoscopy can fully ensure the success of operation.
