摘　　要：目的分析心力衰竭超声指数对心脏瓣膜病变者的整体心功能评价的价值。方法回顾性分析2014年4月~2017年6月内蒙古妇幼保健院确诊的心脏瓣膜病变90例患者的临床资料,并设为观察组;另选取同期健康体检者90例为对照组。均应用超声指数打分,将所得分数与同期检测的心功能级别标准、Lg BNP水平等进行比较,分析心力衰竭超声指数(HFEI)对患者整体心功能评价价值。结果观察组心衰超声指数(HFEI)、血浆脑钠肽(Lg BNP)、左心房内径(LAD)和左心室内径(LVD)值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级HFEI评分、Lg BNP、LAD及LVD值均高于对照组,且伴随心功能级别升高各项指标逐渐升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭超声指数对心脏瓣膜病变者的整体心功能评价的价值较高,能够明确患者病情和判断其整体心功能情况。Objective To analyze the value of cardiac failure echocardiography index to evaluate the overall cardiac function of patients with valve disorders.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients who were diagnosed with valve disorders in Inner Mongolia Maternal And Child Health Care Hospital from April 2014 to June 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,they were selected as the observation group,at the same time,90 healthy physical examinees were selected as control group,echocardiography indexes were graded,and the scores,grading standard of cardiac function during synchronized,and LgBNP in the two groups were compared,the value of cardiac failure echocardiography index in the evaluation of their overall cardiac function was analyzed.Results The values of HFEI and LgBNP,LAD,LVD in observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).HFEI,LgBNP,LAD and LVD patients with heart function of gradeⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳwere higher than control group,these values increased with the grade of cardiac function,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac failure echocardiography index is higher value in the evaluation of overall cardiac function of patients,it can clearly show the patients conditions and estimate their overall heart function.
