心内科康乃馨护理服务在外科安置临时起搏器患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨心内科康乃馨护理服务在安置临时起搏器的外科患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年6月~2016年5月在内江市第一人民医院心内科住院治疗的安置临时起搏器的外科患者183例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(96例)和对照组(87例)。观察组采用康乃馨护理,对照组采用外科传统护理。比较两组患者安装临时起搏器后相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组导管移位、穿刺部位出血和静脉血栓形成发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组异常电活动发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组总并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科康乃馨护理服务可以降低安置临时起搏器的外科患者的并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of carnation care service in patients of cardiological department with temporary pacemaker implantation.Methods From June 2015 to May 2016,183 cases of hospitalized patients with surgical implantation of pacemaker in Department of Cardiology,the First People′s Hospital of Neijiang City were selected as the research subjects and divided into the observation group(96 cases)and the control group(87 cases)by random number table.The observation group was given carnation care service and the control group was given traditional surgical nursing.The related complications between the two groups were compared.Results The incidences of catheter displacement,puncture site hemorrhage and venous thrombosis in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of abnormal electrical activity(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The carnation care service in cardiological department can reduce the incidences of complications in surgical patients with temporary pacemaker implantation.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
