摘　　要：目的探究皮肤病理组织免疫组化技术的常见问题与操作的质量控制对免疫组化制片质量的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将20只雄性6~8周龄的BALB/c小鼠分为观察组和对照组,每组各10只,观察组使用质量控制后的制片法,采用完整免疫组化步骤;对照组使用传统的制片,采用简易免疫组化步骤,比较两组制片质量和免疫组化结果。结果观察组制片的质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组免疫组化图片质量明显优于对照组。结论免疫组化任一环节都可影响免疫组化结果,质量控制可以提升免疫组化技术综合效果,有利于进一步提高病情的临床诊断,值得推广。Objective To investigate the common problems of immunohistochemistry in skin pathology and the influence of quality control on the quality of immunohistochemical preparation.Methods Twenty male BALB/c rats aged from 6 to 8 weeks old were divided into observation group and the control group by random number table,with 10 rats in each group.The observation group was used by the making slices method after quality control and adopted the complete immunohistochemical procedures and the control group with the traditional production method and the simple immunohistochemical procedures.The making slices quality and immunohistochemistry of two groups were compared.Results The making slices quality in observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of the immunohistochemical pictures in observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Immunohistochemistry can affect the results of immunohistochemistry in any aspect.Quality control can enhance the comprehensive effect of immunohistochemistry,which is helpful to further improve the clinical diagnosis of the disease and it is worth promoting.
