摘　　要：运用问卷调查、数据统计分析等方法,对广州市企事业单位知识产权人才发展现状和需求进行统计调查,从单位对知识产权人才重视情况、知识产权人才结构、奖励制度、主要职责、人才需求类型及面临的发展瓶颈几个方面深入剖析其发展所面临的问题和制约因素,进而有针对性地提出加快广州市知识产权人才发展的对策措施及建议。This paper adopts a research on the current situation and needs of intellectual property talent in Guangzhou enterprise by methods of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.It also dissects the existing problems and restricting factors on the development of intellectual property talent and puts forward several suggestions for Guangzhou intellectual property talent from the aspects of the attention paid on the talent,the talent structure,the incentive system,the main responsibility,the talent demanded type and the development bottleneck.
