摘 要:采用原位聚合法制备了聚苯胺/棉复合导电织物,并对其结构和性能进行了研究。结果表明,当过硫酸铵与苯胺的物质的量比为0.8,苯胺浓度为0.45 mol/L,盐酸浓度为0.5 mol/L,氧化时间为4 h,反应温度为0~5℃时,棉织物电阻降至最小值1.281 kΩ·cm,织物增重率为17.91%,棉织物的导电性能有一定的提高。此外,在优化后的原位聚合工艺的基础上,探讨了电子束辐照方式对织物导电性能的影响。结果表明:共辐照方式可改善导电性能,织物电阻率下降了59.48%,而预辐照方式反而使织物导电性能变差。This research is aimed at expanding application range of cotton fabric.Polyaniline/cotton composite fabric was prepared by in-situ polymerization method,and the structure and properties of the composite fabric were studied.The results showed that the electrical resistivity of the composite fabric dropped to the minimum value of 1.281 kΩ·cm and the weight gain rate reached 17.91%,when the molar ratio was 0.8,the concentration of aniline monomer and hydrochloric acid were 0.45 mol/L and 0.5 mol/L respectively,oxidation time was 4 h and the reaction temperature was 0-5℃.Furthermore,on the basis of optimal in-situ polymerization process,the influence of electron beam irradiation treatments was further discussed.The results showed that pre-irradiation treatment had negative impact on the conductivity of fabric,while co-irradiation of the electron beam could improve the electrical conductivity and reduce the resistivity of fabric by 59.48%.
