摘 要:为了制备出单相的Mg Al ON材料,采用直接氮化法,以活性氧化铝微粉(α-Al2O3)、金属铝粉(Al)和高纯氧化镁微粉(Mg O)为原料,研究了反应温度和原料配比对产物物相组成及微观晶体形貌的影响。结果表明:在本实验条件下,试样中Al含量的增加有助于Al2O3相的消失和Mg Al ON相的生成,但加入量过多会产生多余的Al N相;当原料配比不变时,随着温度的升高,MgAl ON相也会增加。因此,在1 600℃、原料中Al含量为12%、Mg O的量为12%~15%的条件下,可以获得晶型发育良好的单相MgAl ON材料。Employing directly nitriding process,using active alumina powder(α-Al 2O 3),metal aluminum powder(Al)and high purity magnesium oxide powder(MgO)as raw materials,a single-phase MgAlON material was synthesized.The effects of raw material ratio and reaction temperature on the composition and microstructure of the products were investigated.The results show that the increase of Al content in the sample can help to reduce Al2O3 phase and form MgAlON phase,however,the excessive addition of Al will produce unnecessary AlN phase.When the raw material ratio does not changed,the MgAlON phase will increase with the raise of temperature.Therefore,at 1 600℃,the Al content in the raw material is 12%,and the amount of MgO is 12%-15%,a good single-phase MgAlON material can be obtained with grown better crystal.
