摘  要:本工作所制备的导卫板,其工作部位由耐磨合金粉与树脂混匀压制成预制块,然后用消失模铸渗工艺浇铸而成,其中基体为45号钢,该工艺既减少了合金的使用,又提高了铸件表面质量;用View-cast软件对相应的铸造工艺进行数值模拟,模拟显示有铸造缺陷,工艺优化后导卫板的铸造缺陷明显减少;通过对合金耐磨层试样进行显微组织分析,发现合金铸渗层碳化物分布均匀,渗层组织致密,界面结合良好;摩擦磨损实验表明,该合金层的耐磨性很好,洛氏硬度高达80HRA,高于导卫板常用的耐磨材料。The guide plate was prepared by lost foam casting,the working part of the guide plate was made of precast block,which was made of wear-resistant alloy powder and resin,and the matrix was 45 steel.Using this new process not only reduces the use of the alloy,but also improves the surface quality of the casting.The simulation software-View-cast was used to simulate cas-ting process,and the simulation result appears defects.After the process improved,the casting defects of guide plate are obviously reduced,according to the simulation result.Through analyzing the microstructure of the alloy layer,the results show a uniform distribution of the carbide in the infiltration layer in the alloy,the structure of the infiltration layer is compact,and the bonding at the interface is well.Friction and wear tests show that the wear resistance of the alloy layer is very good,and the hardness of the alloy layer is as high as 80HRA,which is higher than normal wear resistant material of the guide plate.
