摘 要:目的探究门诊采血室中应用PDCA循环管理法对预防交叉感染与服务质量提高的意义。方法该研究于2016年5月—2017年5月将PDCA循环管理法应用到门诊采血室服务流程中,并与PDCA循环管理法实施前作对比,了解PDCA管理法对预防交叉感染以及提高服务质量的效果。结果 PDCA循环应用后,穿刺成功率与满意度明显提高,采血等候时间与采血人员手表面菌落数明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊采血室实施PDCA循环管理法有利于控制医院感染,对提高服务质量亦有积极作用。Objective To study the significance of PDCA cycle management method in preventing the hospital cross infection and improving the service quality in the outpatient blood collection room.Methods The PDCA cycle management method was used from May 2016 to May 2017 in the outpatient blood collection room services process,and compared with that before the PDCA cycle management,and the effect of PDCA management method in preventing the hospital cross infection and improving the service quality in the outpatient blood collection room was known.Results The puncture success rate and satisfied degree after the PDCA cycle application were obviously improved,and blood collection waiting time and hand surface bacterial colony obviously decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management method in the outpatient blood collection room is conducive to controlling the hospital infection,which has a positive effect on improving the service quality.
