妇产医院门诊护士长有效管理策略探析

摘　　要：妇产医院迫切需要护士长来实施有效管理,以便减少护理上的各种差错现象,防止出现纠纷,从而让患者对护理服务效果感到满意。妇产医院门诊护士长要加强管理,就需要加强妇产科患者安全护理的前馈控制,制订符合产科实际情况的工作流程与制度,并设计出严格有序的操作规程,收集以往护理差错,适时组织相关人员学习,召集相关人员对出现的护理差错进行探讨,提升认识。同时要进行科学培训和考评,注重提升实际护理水平,强化学习培训,持续增强综合能力,制订考评标准,进行统一考评,合理护理排班,做好统筹安排;增强护士的人性化护理水平,努力形成融洽的护患关系。The hospital for gynecology and obstetrics urgently needs the effective management from the head nurses,in order to reduce and even eliminate various errors in the nursing and prevent the disputes,thus making the nurses feel satisfied with the nursing service effect,and the head nurses in the hospital for gynecology and obstetrics should enhance the management,should enhance the feedforward control of safety nursing of patients in the department of gynecology and obstetrics,make the workflow and system conforming to the practical conditions,design the strict the operation regulations,collect the past nursing errors,duly organize the study of the related staff,study the nursing errors of nursing staff,and improve the recognition,at the same time,we should conduct the scientific training and evaluation,pay attention to the improvement of practical nursing level,intensifying the learning and training,continuously enhancing the comprehensive abilities,making the evaluation standards,conduct the uniform evaluation,rationally conduct the nursing shifting,and coordinating each job,enhance the humanistic nursing level of nurses and make efforts to develop a harmonious medical relationship.
