流式细胞术检测初治活动性肺结核患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群计数分析

摘　　要：目的分析流式细胞术检测初治活动性肺结核患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群计数。方法回顾性选取2013年5月至2015年5月收治的初治活动性肺结核患者40例,将这些患者作为研究组,另选取同期收治的40名健康体检人员为对照组。运用流式细胞术检测两组人员的血清T淋巴细胞亚群计数,然后记录两组人员的血清T淋巴细胞亚群计数,并对研究组不同年龄、结核菌性质、病变累及肺野数、病变累及范围患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群计数进行统计分析。结果研究组患者的CD8^+显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+显著低于对照组(P<0.05);老年患者的血清CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均显著低于青年、中年患者(P<0.05);病变累及4、5肺野患者血清CD3^+均显著低于1、2、3、6肺野(P<0.05),病变累及>3肺野患者的血清CD3^+显著低于≤3肺野患者(P<0.05)。结论采用流式细胞术对初治活动性肺结核患者血清T淋巴细胞亚群进行检测能够帮助临床了解细胞免疫功能,指导临床抗结核治疗,有助于对患者预后进行评估和判断,值得临床充分重视。Objective To analyze the serum T lymphocyte subsets counts of newly diagnosed active tuberculosis detected by Flow cytometry.Methods 40 cases of initially treated with active pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated from May 2013 to May 2015 were selected,these patients were regarded as study group,and another 40 cases of healthy volunteers in our hospital in the same period were selected as control group,the serum T lymphocyte subsets counts of the two groups were detected by Flow cytometry,and the serum T lymphocyte subsets counts of the two groups,the serum T lymphocyte subsets counts of different age groups,nature of TB,the number of involving lung lesions,scope of involving lesions of the study were statistically analyzed.Results The CD8+of the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the CD4+/CD8+was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The serum CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+of elderly patients were significantly lower than those of young,middle-aged patients(P<0.05).The CD3+of patients with lung lesions involving 4,5 were significantly lower than 1,2,3,6 lung(P<0.05),the serum CD3+of patients with lung lesions involving>3 was significantly lower than the of≤3 lung patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum T lymphocyte subsets counts of newly diagnosed active tuberculosis can guide the treatment,help to assess the prognosis,therefore,it is worth clinical promotion.
