新疆某综合性医院2012—2016年外籍患者住院情况统计分析

摘　　要：目的了解某综合性医院外籍患者住院构成特点,在"一带一路"背景下,为医院涉外医疗服务制定宏观政策提供参考依据。方法利用2012—2016年新疆某综合性医院外籍住院患者病案首页资料,回顾整理和分析疾病构成特征。结果外籍患者主要来源前四的国家为:哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦;外籍患者主要疾病构成前五位:心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、内分泌疾病、肾脏疾病、骨关节疾病;住院患者年龄构成以20～60岁之间为主;平均住院费用13 616元;平均住院天数为7.4天。结论医院涉外医疗服务范围主要是中亚国家,地域来源广泛;疾病特点以心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、内分泌疾病为主的成年人群;医院除需要提供良好的就医环境、人性化的医疗服务和人文关怀外,同时需提高医务人员的外语水平,充分发挥多学科协作和远程医疗系统的优势,提供高效、优质的涉外医疗服务。Methods Home page data in the medical records of overseas patients from a general hospital in Xinjing Autonomous Region from 2012 to 2016 were collected and sorted retrospectively.Characteristics of constitution of diseases were analyzed.Results The major four source countries from which the overseas patients came were:Kazakhstan,Kyrgyzstan,Tajikistan.and Uzbekistan.The main five diseases from which the suffered from were:cardiovascular disease,malignant tumor,endocrine disease,renal disease,and osteoarticular diseases(OAD).Most of those patients aged from 20 to 60.Their average hospitalization expense was 13,616 Yuan,while the average hospitalization period was 7.4 days.Conclusion The medical service scope of this hospital is mainly in central Asian countries,and its geographical sources are extensive.The diseases include cardiovascular disease,malignant tumor,endocrine diseases with the adult population as the majority.In addition to providing good medical environment,humanized medical service and humanistic care,the hospital also need to improve its medical staff’s foreign language capability and make full use of the advantages of multidisciplinary collaboration and remote medicine system at the same time to provide efficient and high-quality international medical service.
