子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能的影响  

Effect of Acupoint Application with Meridian Ebb and Flow Injection and Collateral Injection on Gastrointestinal Function of Patients after Cesarean Section

摘　　要：目的探讨子午流注纳支法穴位敷贴对剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能的影响。方法选取200例剖宫产产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组非择时进行穴位敷贴,观察组采用子午流注纳支法择时进行穴位敷贴。比较两组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及腹胀发生率。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间分别为(16.1±3.9)h、(19.3±5.2)h、(52.8±9.1)h,对照组分别为(21.6±5.5)h、(25.8±7.4)h、(68.4±12.7)h,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后腹胀发生率(15.0%)显著低于对照组(29.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用子午流注纳支法进行穴位敷贴,可有效促进剖宫产术后患者胃肠功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application of meridian ebb and flow injection on gastrointestinal function of patients after cesarean section.Methods 200 cases of cesarean section parturients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupoint application at non-selected time,while the observation group was treated with meridian ebb and flow injection at selected time.The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first anal exhaust time,the first defecation time and the incidence of abdominal distension were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative borborygmus recovery time,first anus exhaust time and first defecating time of observation group was(16.1±3.9)h,(19.3±5.2)h and(52.8±9.1)h,respectively,and in the control group it was(21.6±5.5)h,(25.8±7.4)h and(68.4±12.7)h,respectively.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The abdominal distension rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.0%vs 29.0%,P<0.05).Conclusion It can significantly improve gastrointestinal function of patients after Caesarean section to use point application base on meridian ebb and flow injection method.
