摘　　要：我国进入了"全面二孩"时代。生育二孩不仅是职业女性及家庭的事情,而且事关国家经济发展和社会建设。二孩职业女性要兼顾工作和家庭,面临巨大的育儿压力。文章通过对孝感市部分职业女性的调查,分析了二孩职业女性面临的压力,提出了缓解压力的对策。China has entered a two-children era.The birth of two children is not only the matter of professional women and their families,but also related to national economic development and social construction.Working women with two kids have to balance work and family and are confronted with exceedingly great pressure of bringing up their kids.This research made an investigation with some of the professional women in Xiaogan City as its subjects,analyzed their parental pressure and proposed some countermeasures to ease the pressure.
