心理治疗在偏头痛治疗过程中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的针对偏头痛患者的治疗优势方法引入了心理治疗的原则,并作出了临床效果对比分析。方法选取该院2016年6月—2017年6月收治的偏头痛患者共100例进行了临床研究,随机将患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组,共50例,男25例,女25例,年龄35~60岁,平均年龄(40.41±1.21)岁,采用了配合心理治疗的方法。对照组,共50例,男25例,女25例,年龄36~59岁,平均年龄(40.35±1.22)岁,采用了传统治疗的方法。采用的疗效判定主要采用了HAMD汉密尔顿抑郁量表;HAMA汉密顿焦虑量表;疼痛对比等进行了分析。结果 HAMD数据中治疗组干预后的平均值(10.41±0.58);HAMA数据中治疗组干预后的平均值(12.42±1.44);HAMD数据中对照组干预后的平均值(10.17±1.23);HAMA数据中对照组干预后的平均值(15.15±1.02),治疗组的情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗在偏头痛治疗过程中的应用效果明显,应该广泛临床推广。Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of mental therapy in the treatment course of migraine.Methods 100 cases of migraine patients admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each,in the treatment group(25 females and 25 males),aged from 35 to 60 years old,and the average age was(40.41±1.21)years old,mental therapy method;in the control group(25 females and 25 males),aged from 36 to 59 years old,and the average age was(40.35±1.22)years old,traditional treatment method,and the curative effect was determined by the HAMD Hamilton's depression scale,while the pains were compared by the HAMA Hamilton's anxiety scale.Results The average value of HAMD and HAMA in the treatment group and in the control group after treatment were respectively(10.41±0.58),(12.42±1.44),(10.17±1.23),(15.15±1.02),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of mental therapy in the treatment course of migraine is obvious,which should be widely promoted in clinic.
