摘  要:为对复杂高硫煤进行脱硫降灰研究,根据不同粒级中硫分分布差异以及硫的主要赋存形态为硫铁矿,利用摇床进行分级重选试验;将原煤分成0.5~1 mm和1~3 mm两个粒度级,分别考查了摇床冲洗水量、冲程、床面倾角等工艺参数对分选指标的影响,确定了较为合理的工艺条件;然后对两个粒级摇床粗选精煤合并进行精选,以进一步脱硫降灰;经过两段摇床重选,精煤硫分由6.77%降低到2.15%,精煤灰分由35.10%降低到12.77%。In order to study the sulfur and ash reduction of complex high-sulfur coal,the gravity separation experiments of shaking table on different size fractions of raw coal are performed due to the difference of sulfur distribution in different size fraction of raw coal and the pyrite being the main form of sulfur. The impact of the process parameters such as the amount of shaking table wash water, stroke and deck slope on separation performance index is examined for processing 0. 5 ~ 1 mm size fraction of raw coal and 1 ~ 3 mm size fraction of raw coal separately,and the more reasonable process conditions are determined. Then the above two size fractions rough clean coal are mixed and cleaned for further sulfur and ash reduction. It is shown that after two stage shaking tables,the sulfur content of the clean coal can be reduced to be 2. 15% from 6. 77% of the raw coal,and the ash content of clean coal can be reduced to be 12. 77% from 35. 10% of the raw coal.
