摘  要:针对纯滞后时间这一衡量光纤陀螺(FOG)动态性能的关键评测指标,设计光纤陀螺纯滞后时间测试系统.该测试系统通过撞击结构产生角速度冲击,利用数据分析得到纯滞后时间的测试结果.相比于其他的纯滞后时间测试系统,该系统可以在不改变陀螺原有工作状态的前提下实现纯滞后时间的测试.在阐明纯滞后系统测试的方案和原理之后,采用研制出的测试系统对典型陀螺产品的极限纯滞后时间进行测试.测试系统能够实现的测试精度和测试次数相关,当测试次数达到31次时,可以有99%以上的概率实现±25μs的测量精度.A test system was demonstrated to realize the measurement of pure lag time,which is an important factor for characterizing the dynamic performance of fiber optical gyroscope(FOG).In this test system,velocity shock was generated by a designed impact structure,and the measurement results were gotten through data analysis.The system can achieve pure lag test without changing the working status of FOG compared with previous test systems.The designing scheme and operating principle were analyzed in detail.Then the pure lag of a typical fiber-optic gyroscope product was experimentally tested.The measurement accuracy of the system depends on test times.The probability of realizing an accuracy of±25μs can be more than 99%with 31 times of tests.
