摘 要:为了分析计算转子偏心故障对感应电机转子表面涡流损耗的影响,本文构建转子气隙偏心模型,并引入卡氏系数将定转子开槽考虑进来,从而获取转子偏心故障情况下气隙磁场的分布状况,根据传统解析理论分析气隙磁场的畸变。分析发现转子偏心故障会在气隙磁场中引入大量的偏心故障特征量,并且各部分偏心磁场特征量会随着偏心度的增加而增加,进一步分析推导气隙各类谐波在转子表面感应涡电流的频率,并构建相应偏心故障有限元分析模型,提取转子表面涡电流谐波,分析计算偏心故障下的转子表面涡流损耗。In order to calculate the eddy current losses on the rotor surface,the air gap length can be carried out by analytical method.This paper proposed a three-layer model for analyzing the air-gap length under eccentricity condition.Taking slotting effect into consideration,the Cater Factor was mentioned in this paper.The distribution of air-gap length of different eccentricity condition at different times and space can be obtained.Traditional analytical method was used to deduce the air-gap flux density function.Many eccentric characteristic values will be found due to the eccentricity condition.The paper believes that rotor eccentricity will affect the amplitude of the air gap flux density and introduce new harmonic.All these effects will increase the eddy current and may increase the eddy current losses on rotor surface.Computer simulation turns out that both the analysis and the simulation are identical.
