摘 要:工业废酸水是工业日常生产中必然存在的废物,废水处理的好坏直接影响着环境。系统采用两级p H值中和的控制方法,将p H值控制在6.0~8.0之间,在高分子絮凝剂的作用后,将废酸水的上清液作为中水继续循环利用到生产中,将废渣过滤后统一处理。系统通过1块触摸屏完成人机交互,简单易操作。通过PLC完成p H值为负反馈的完全自动化控制,提高生产效率,降低对新鲜水的需求。Industrial waste acid water is an inevitable waste in industrial daily production,and the treatment of wastewater directly affects the environment.The control method of two level pH value was adopted and the pH value was controlled in 6.0~8.0 in polymer flocculants,the supernatant in waste acid water was took as reclaimed water to keep recycling,the scrap was filtered and treated uniformly.The system completed human-computer interaction through a touch screen,and it was easy to operate.Completed automatic control of pH value for negative feedback through PLC can improve production efficiency and reduce the demand for fresh water.
