摘　　要：罗克韦尔自动化的ControlLogix控制系统采用的是ControlNet网络通讯(同轴),而PLC5控制系统采用的是DH+网络通讯(双绞线),两者通讯架构不同,要实现两者之间通讯,需要硬件部分增加1756-DHRIO通讯模块及软件部分增加RSLogix5000 Message命令,实现ControlLogix控制器与PLC5I/O通过DH+网络进行通讯。经过测试,ControlLogix控制器与PLC5I/O通讯正常,没有出现通讯中断现象,保证了整个系统的正常稳定运行。Rockwell automation′s ControlLogix control system adopts ControlNet network communication(coaxial).PLC-5 control system adopts DH+network communication(twisted pair),and their communication architectures are different.To achieve the communication between them,we need to add 1756-DHRIO communication module and software part to the hardware part,increase the RSLogix5000 Message command,and realize ControlLogix controller to communicate with PLC5 I/O through DH+network.After testing,the ControlLogix controller has a normal communication with the PLC5 I/O.There is no communication interruption,which ensures the normal and stable operation of the whole system.
