摘　　要：在全面推行河长制的时代背景下,流域水环境精细化管理是水环境管理的主流思路与方向。针对水环境精细化管理中的若干问题,结合河长制目标,对水环境精细化管理的概念、理念和需求进行了梳理,通过此研究能为流域水环境精细化管理提供新的认识,对进一步细化我国流域水环境精细化管理的研究和实践具有重要意义。Fine management for river basin environment has become the mainstream idea and trend under the background of full implementation of river chief system.The concept,theory and demand of fine management for water environment are reviewed regarding the relevant issues and targets of river chief system.The study can provide new ideas for water environment conservation and is of great meaning to fine management for river basin environment in China.
