摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育流程对脑卒中患者偏瘫肢体功能恢复的影响。方法选取2016-06—2017-06河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的60例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,对其入院编号进行排序后,以抛硬币正反法分为常规组(n=30)和教育组(n=30)。常规组给予常规康复护理和随机性健康教育,在此基础上给予教育组"医院—社区"的联合健康教育方式,在患者出院后第3、6个月进行随访,对2组患者肢体运动能力、日常生活能力、健康知识知晓率进行统计对比。结果与入院时相比,2组患者各项指标均有显著改善;但教育组肢体运动功能评分、日常生活功能评分和脑卒中健康知识知晓率均要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑卒中偏瘫患者的护理过程中采取医院—社区联合的健康教育流程可有效提高患者健康知识的知晓率,并改善患者肢体运动功能和生活能力,有利于促进患者康复,实用价值显著。Objective Toinvestigate the effect of health education procedures on limb functional recovery in hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods 60 hemiplegic patients treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study subjects,and divided into the regular group and the education groupaccording tocoin reversal method,there were 30 patients in each group.The regular group was given conventional rehabilitation care and randomized health education.On this basis,the education group was given a joint health education method of"hospital community".All of these patients were followed up at 3rd and 6th months after discharge.The physical mobility,activity of daily living,and awareness of health knowledge between two groups were compared.Results Compared with the time of admission,all of indicatorshad significant improvement,and the physical function scores,ability of daily living scores and awareness of health knowledge of education group were significantly higher than the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting the hospital community health education process in the nursing process of hemiplegic patients after stroke can effectively improve the awareness rate of health knowledge,improve the limb motor function and living ability,and promote the recovery of patients,which has significant practical value.
