摘　　要：目的研究强化心理-护理干预对脑膜瘤患者围手术期焦虑抑郁的影响。方法选取2013-12??2017-12在郑州大学第五附属医院行脑膜瘤手术治疗的168例患者为研究对象,实验组84例,采用以认知疗法为主的强化心理-护理干预方法;对照组84例,采用常规护理干预方法。对比2组不良反应的发生率及护理效果。通过对比2组患者入院时及术前焦虑量表评分(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)及抑郁量表评分(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS),比较2种护理方法对2组患者围手术期心理状态的影响。结果对照组的不良反应发生率为35.71%,护理满意度为72.62%,实验组分别为14.29%、96.4%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在护理干预后SAS及SDS评分均低于入院时,但实验组情绪改善程度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围手术期脑膜瘤患者进行有效的强化心理-护理干预,可降低并发症的发生,改善患者围手术期焦虑抑郁状态,提高患者满意度。Objective To explore the effects of enhanced mental nursing intervention on the anxiety/depression of patients treated with meningioma.Methods 168 patients treated with meningioma in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2017 were selected;the experiment group(84 cases)was treated with enhanced mental nursing intervention,while the control group(84 cases)was treated with normal nursing intervention.The nursing effects in the two groups were analyzed.Both groups were treated with Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self rating Depression Scale(SDS)assessment at the time of admission and post operation,and the effect of mental status between the two groups treated with two different nursing methods were compared.Results The incidence of adverse event in the control group was 35.71%and the nursing satisfactory rate was 72.62%;while the counterparts of the experiment group were 14.29%,and 96.4%,respectively.The differences were statistically significant.Both group had better SAS and SDS score after the nursing intervention than that of the admission.But the experiment group showed better improvement in mood than the control group.Conclusion Enhanced mental nursing intervention could reduce adverse event,decrease the status of anxiety/depression in patients treated with meningioma,and increase nursing satisfaction.
