摘  要:针对装配式住宅夹芯保温外墙板的构造特点,对现阶段常用的几种有机保温材料进行热工计算。按照《严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑节能设计标准》要求,确定聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有更好的物理性能。使用ANSYS有限元分析软件对外墙与外窗连接处的热桥部位进行了二维稳态传热模拟,研究在不同墙体构造、不同窗框材质及窗框安装位置等8种不同情况下,外墙窗洞口内表面温度、墙体内部温度等高线、热流量分布状态,在此基础上分析了热桥影响因素以及降低热桥影响有效措施。The structural characteristics of the precast concrete sandwich insulation wall panel of the assembled housing are discussed.Thermal calculations are performed on several types of organic insulation materials that are commonly used at the current stage.According to the requirement of Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Residential Building in Severe Cold and Cold Zones,the polyurethane foam is better on thermal performance.Two dimensional steady-state heat transfer simulation is performed in ANSYS software to analyze temperature and heat flow distribution of the hot bridge part of wall connecting with window.Different wall construction,window frame material and window frame installation position are taken into consideration during the study.Based on the results of eight kinds of situations,the influence range of thermal bridge and effective measures to reduce the influence are analyzed.
