卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的效果。方法于2016年1月~2017年10月在我院妇产科选取76例前置胎盘且需要行剖宫产术的产妇为研究对象,随机将其分为试验组和对照组,每组各38例。试验组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与宫腔填纱治疗,对照组给予单纯卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗,比较两组产妇术后2、24 h的出血量、血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度。结果试验组产妇产后2、24 h的出血量均小于对照组,且试验组产妇的血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液与宫腔填纱相对于单纯卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗而言,可以降低行剖宫产术前置胎盘产妇的出血量,改善血压、脉搏及血氧饱和度,为临床上推广应用这种治疗方案提供了数据资料及实践经验。Objective To investigate the effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine cavity filling in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after caesarean section of placenta previa.Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,76 cases of placenta previa and cesarean section were selected in our department of gynecology and obstetrics.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,38 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine packing treatment,the control group was given simple Carboprost Tromethamine Injection treatment,were compared between the two groups after 2 and 24 h of bleeding,blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation.Results The amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group 2 and 24 hours after delivery.After intervention,the blood pressure,pulse and oxygen saturation index of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Carboprost Tromethamine Injection and uterine packing compared to give Carboprost Tromethamine Injection,can reduce the amount of bleeding of cesarean section for placenta previa puerperal,improve blood pressure,pulse and blood oxygen saturation,provide data and experience for the clinical application of this therapy.
