酮替芬口服联合痰热清雾化吸入治疗老年感染后咳嗽的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨酮替芬口服联合痰热清雾化吸入治疗老年感染后咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年6月我院收治的86例老年感染后咳嗽患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各43例。对照组患者给予酮替芬口服治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液雾化吸入治疗。两组疗程均为2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后咳嗽症状总积分和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.3%)明显高于对照组(81.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、2周,两组患者的咳嗽症状总积分均低于治疗前,观察组患者的咳嗽症状总积分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的不良反应发生率为9.3%,观察组患者的不良反应发生率为11.6%,两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论酮替芬口服联合痰热清雾化吸入治疗老年感染后咳嗽的效果显著优于酮替芬单药治疗,并且两者的不良反应发生率相近,值得应用推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ketotifen orally combined with Tanreqing atomization inhalation in treatment of senile patients with post-infectious cough(TIC).Methods A total of 86 senile patients with TIC treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as subjects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digital table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Ketotifen,and the observation group was treated with Tanreqing atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.Trentment course lasted for 2 weeks of the two groups.The clinical effects,total points of the cough symptom before and after treatment and the adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group(95.3%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total points of the cough symptom of patients in the two groups 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than before the treatment,the total points of the cough symptom of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the ontrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 9.3%,while it was 11.6%in the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Ketotifen orally combined with Tanreqing atomization inhalation in the treatment of PIC is better than Ketotifen monotherapy,and the side effects are similar.It is worth spreading.
