摘 要:目的针对医院影响较大的大型医疗设备,研究其KPI指标及指标的科学计算方法 ,建立可量化的大型医疗设备综合绩效考核评价体系。方法建立大型医疗设备的综合绩效考核评价的数学模型,将定性分析转化为定量分析,为大型医疗设备综合绩效管理提供更准确的量化信息和依据。结果实施以可量化的KPI指标为基础建立的大型医疗设备综合绩效评价体系,运用合理的干预手段,医疗设备的综合绩效管理具有可操作性。结论通过可量化的KPI指标建立大型医疗设备的综合绩效考核评价体系具有可行性。Objective To research the KPI indicators and scientific calculation method of the indicators of large medical equipment with higher effect in the hospital,and establish the quantifiable comprehensive performance examination and evaluation system.Methods The mathematics model of comprehensive performance examination and evaluation system of large medical equipment was established,and the qualitative analysis was converted to the quantitative analysis thus providing more accurate quantitative information and basis for the comprehensive performance examination and evaluation system of large medical equipment.Results The comprehensive performance examination and evaluation system of large medical equipment based on the quantifiable KPI indicators was implemented and the rational intervention means was applied and the comprehensive performance management of medical equipment had a certain operation.Conclusion The comprehensive performance examination and evaluation system of large medical equipment by the quantifiable KPI indicators is feasible.
