摘　　要：平均住院日是衡量医院管理、效率的重要指标。该文综合国内外对医院平均住院日的研究,梳理出主要研究方向:平均住院日的影响因素、缩短平均住院日的改进措施、平均住院日与医院效率的关系、现代管理理论在平均住院日管理中的应用。结合国内外研究建议,展望今后平均住院日管理中,应注重对住院过程的精细化管理。The average length of stay is a major indicator of balancing the hospital management and efficacy,and the paper combs the major research direction according to the research of the average length of stay of the hospitals at home and abroad,including the influence factors of average length of stay,improvement measures of shortening the average length of stay,correlation between the average length of stay and hospital efficacy,and application of modern management therapy in the management of average length of stay,and the paper pays attention to the refined management in the hospitalization course in the further management of average length of stay combined with the suggestions of research at home and abroad.
